Interactive web applet to visually illustrate variational method in quantum mechanics in the context of the quantum harmonic oscillator. The applet contains three pages:
- Introduction: Provides background information on the variational method in quantum mechanics.
- Formalism: Describes the mathematical details of the variational method in the context of the quantum harmonic oscillator.
- Applet: The actual applet with interactive sliders.
